At CubePrint we offer our customers a Standard Delivery option. Our Standard Delivery service provides delivery within 3 to 5 working days where items are held in stock. A member of our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a specific delivery day that suits you. Delivery is made on your requested day roughly between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Normally, our courier will ring you to arrange a timed delivery that suits you. This service is unique to CubePrint. Wherever possible, we will advise you at the time of order of the approximate delivery lead-time. If there is likelihood of a delay or we cannot manage your requested delivery date, we will call you to discuss alternative options; exceptions may apply. Standard delivery is made to the ‘kerb side’, for insurance reasons, so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property.
Delivery will be made to the address of person whose debit/credit card was used to place the order and must be a UK address. We will make contact with you, either by telephone or by email, upon receipt of your order, to arrange a delivery time; we will endeavour to deliver on the agreed date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times, as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to contact you if we become aware of delays. For this reason we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time or other effects that a late delivery may have on our customers. We therefore recommend goods be ordered well in advance of any project for which they are required. If we are unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address, we will return the goods to our warehouse and make contact with you to re-arrange delivery. Unfortunately, in these circumstances we may have to charge you a further delivery fee. All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt. If you are likely to be unavailable at time of delivery, we recommend a responsible adult be made available to sign for the goods on your behalf. Heavy consignments may require your assistance to offload. Offers to assist the delivery driver are made at your own risk and should only be attempted if you are comfortable lifting the load. In the event you are unable to assist and the delivery is too heavy for the driver to safely deliver on their own, we will discuss with you and will either re-arrange the delivery for a later date, when more assistance is available, or the delivery will be made to the nearest point of access that can be achieved by the driver. The delivery crews are not able to attempt delivery where damage to your home may result. Our delivery teams are unable to remove doors and windows. We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you sign for them upon receipt, and we therefore recommend that you inspect the product thoroughly at this time to ensure you are happy that the goods have not been damaged in transit and that all items are present. Goods identified as damaged on delivery will be taken away at that point. Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable upon delivery must be reported to us within 10 working days of receipt of the order, in which case please contact us on 01493 382238. If products are considered by you to be faulty or defective after the 10-day period has expired, please contact us for consideration of your query.
Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you are fully satisfied with your CubePrint product(s). However in the unlikely event that the product(s) is/are unsuitable or that you are not fully satisfied, please follow the returns procedure below. Return of Goods Should you wish to return your order following delivery, you may do so by informing us within 10 working days of receipt of delivery. Goods must be returned to our address, and we ask that you take reasonable care when handling the goods and return the goods to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging, where possible. Please confirm your intent to return the order by calling Customer Services on 01493 382238 within 10 working days of receipt; we will confirm to you the returns address and will give you reference for your package. Once we have delivered the goods to you, if you return the goods, you do so at your own cost and risk; we will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods in return-transit, and we recommend that you return the goods through a recorded delivery service. When returning goods, please carefully package the goods together with your returns reference. If returned goods are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for any loss or damage. Where we have agreed to the return of goods, these goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice of intent. In the unlikely event that a product we deliver does not conform to the description or specifications we provided, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Customer Services on 01493 382238. We will, at our discretion:
- inspect the goods at your premises;
- collect the goods on a date agreed between you and us; or
- ask you to return the goods to us.
If the goods are found by us to be defective and we have asked you to return the goods to us at your cost, we will reimburse you for third party delivery costs involved in the return. If you exercise your right to return your order, any refunds due will be refunded within 14 days.
